• landscaping, including lawn care, garden maintenance, planting, design, event staffing, moving, organising, furniture assembling, personally assisting, errands running, wallpapering, painting, heavy lifting, general mounting, cleaning. The booking process requires account creation and confirmation.
   

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed on the website and subject to change, with payments due at booking via methods like credit card or PayPal, in USD. 
   

Service Delivery

• Covers scheduling based on availability, with efforts to honor times but no guarantees due to unforeseen circumstances. Rescheduling requires advance notice 12 hours and may incur fees.
   

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Allows cancellations up to 12 hours before service without fees, with late cancellations incurring a fee (equal to payment at purchase). Refunds are processed within 14 business days, and no refunds are provided for completed services. 
   

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers to provide a written scope of work before submitting payment. Customers must be represented by themselves, a third party, or face time. at the start of any service purchased from Kaizen Gardens.

• Services are provided "as is," with no warranties, and the company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
